Department of Fishery Products
The Department of Fishery Products is responsible for the teaching and conducting research in the area of chemistry and biochemistry, microbiology and biotechnology, post-harvest, processing, product development, engineering, quality control and quality assurance of fishery products, and by-product utilizations.
หลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนระดับปริญญาตรีของ 'ภาควิชาผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง'
หลักสูตรการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของคณะประมงมี 1 หลักสูตร คือ วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต (ประมง) โดยแยกเป็น 5 สาขา โดยหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนระดับปริญญาตรีของผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง คือ
วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต (ประมง) สาขาผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง (Fishery Products)
การศึกษานิสิตของคณะประมง ในช่วง 1-2 ปีแรก วิชาที่เรียนส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นวิชาในหมวดความรู้ทั่วไปของสายวิทยาศาสตร์(General education courses) หลังจากนั้นจึงจะได้ศึกษาในสาขาวิชาแกน และหมวดวิชาเฉพาะในแต่ละภาควิชา โดยมีรายละเอียดของหมวดวิชาเฉพาะของภาควิชาผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง ดังนี้

นอกจากนิสิตต้องผ่านการเรียนในรายวิชาที่กำหนดแล้ว นิสิตต้องมีชั่วโมงฝึกงานอย่างน้อย 200 ชั่วโมง และผ่านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรตลอดระยะเวลาการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 15 กิจกรรม หรือมีจำนวนหน่วยชั่วโมงไม่น้อยกว่า 50 หน่วยชั่วโมง ครบทุกประเภทกิจกรรม
